1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service, website, application, event, or franchise opportunity operated by Kaushik Digital Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies displayed on our platforms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Legal Ownership
All websites, platforms, services, and intellectual properties are solely owned, managed, and controlled by Kaushik Digital Group, founded and directed by Vikas Kaushik.
No person, franchisee, or partner shall claim ownership, equity, copyright, or trademark rights over any part of the company, its concepts, designs, or operations without written authorization.
3. Scope of Services
Our group provides the following services and opportunities:
BrandsBano.com – digital branding, promotions, and brand collaborations.
Real Support. Real People. Real Purpose. – emotional care, matchmaking, and life-support ecosystem.
OTT Digital Theatres – online entertainment, brand integration, and regional content streaming.
Wedding & Event Management – complete pre-wedding to post-event solutions.
Franchise Network & Business Model – tier-based franchise and membership opportunities.
Exhibitions, Expos & Live Events – for brand visibility, business growth, and social engagement.
Each service is governed by separate internal policies, and by using any, you accept the specific conditions applicable to that category.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register, transact, or apply for a franchise.
By registering, you confirm that all details provided are true, accurate, and up to date.
The company reserves the right to verify documents and deny access to any person found providing false information.
5. Membership & Franchise Policy
Membership Fee – One-time, non-refundable payment of ₹5,000 for lifetime access.
City Franchise – ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 depending on scale and location.
District Franchise – ₹2,50,000 with rights over multiple city franchises.
State Franchise – ₹1,00,000 per district (aggregated), managing all under-region franchises.
All franchise and membership fees are non-refundable, as they cover lifetime digital setup, branding, and backend allocation costs.
Company retains all rights of brand usage, digital content, and operational control at every level.
6. Franchise Code of Conduct
All franchisees, agents, and associates must:
Represent the brand honestly and ethically.
Avoid false promises, misrepresentation, or misuse of the company name.
Follow official guidelines, pricing, and promotional rules.
Not duplicate or replicate any business model, data, or design without written consent.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of franchise rights and legal action for damages or breach of contract.
7. Payments and Revenue Sharing
All payments must be made through official company accounts or verified gateways only.
Any income, commission, or profit share from events, OTT, or memberships will be distributed as per company policy and accounting cycle.
Franchisees are not entitled to demand or claim advance payments, undisclosed profit shares, or business ownership rights.
The company’s accounting decision shall be final and binding.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, brand names, videos, photographs, scripts, designs, and concepts are the exclusive intellectual property of Kaushik Digital Group.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Any unauthorized use will invite civil and criminal proceedings under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
9. Confidentiality
All internal data, franchise documents, business plans, and earnings reports are confidential.
Franchisees, vendors, or partners cannot disclose, share, or reproduce any internal information for personal or third-party benefit.
Violation of confidentiality will result in immediate legal action and termination of all agreements.
10. Liability Disclaimer
While the company strives for accuracy and service excellence, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% result-based performance.
The company is not liable for user-generated content, emotional outcomes, or third-party actions.
It holds no responsibility for losses due to misuse, misrepresentation, or fraud by independent franchisees or users.
All users and partners operate at their own discretion and responsibility.
In all circumstances, the company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user or franchisee.
11. Refund and Cancellation
All payments for memberships, events, and franchises are non-refundable under any condition, except when cancellation is initiated by the company before project initiation.
Refunds, if ever applicable, will be processed at the sole discretion of the management.
12. Termination Policy
The company reserves the right to terminate access or franchise agreements immediately if:
False or misleading information is provided.
Payment default, misconduct, or non-performance occurs.
Any activity damages the company’s brand, goodwill, or reputation.
Upon termination, the franchisee or user must cease all brand usage, digital access, and representation immediately.
13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All disputes, legal matters, or claims shall be governed by Indian Law and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Bhiwani Court, Haryana India.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or arbitration may be used at the company’s discretion before court proceedings.
14. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaushik Digital Group, its directors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

15. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or government restrictions.
